German dome-back mandolin

This is a relatively modern, German dome-back mandolin, perhaps from the 50s or 60s. It has a fairly wide fingerboard. It is in good condition after minimal  restoration. There is no makers stamp or label.

This instrument is now fully restored. The top is sound with NO repairs.  It has a twelve piece maple and rosewood back and rosewood sides. The original fingerboard is level. It retains its original re-levelled frets. The tuners, bridge and tail are ALL original. It has its original finish throughout. It has been restrung with ultra-light GHS bronze wound classical strings, and is now playing well with an easy action, and a light, mellow sound.

Other than cleaning, I have completed the repairs as follows… 1) levelled the original frets; and 2) refitted the original bridge.
